Pavel Pohorelsky

Pavel Pohorelsky is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Tricentis since August 2021, Pavel leads the qTest tribe. Previously, Pavel held various key positions, including Engineering Director at SolarWinds, Chief Technology Officer at Lamantine Software overseeing StickyPassword, and Manager of Software Engineering at Red Hat responsible for the JBoss Middleware Productisation Group. Noteworthy accomplishments at SolarWinds included directing a product line with annual revenues exceeding $200 million and managing a team of approximately 50 employees. Pavel's early career featured roles as a freelance developer, account manager, and software development leader in multiple organizations, complemented by a Master's degree in System Engineering and Economy from Mendel University in Brno.
