Mary Conway

Mary Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mary started their career in 1983 as a Utilization Review Coordinator at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Mary then moved on to Rush University Medical Center, where they worked as a Quality Coordinator and later as a Process Improvement Coordinator. During their time at Rush, they played a key role in coordinating accreditation surveys and implementing performance improvement initiatives. In 1997, they joined Rush Prudential Health Plans as a Quality Improvement Project Specialist, where they contributed to maintaining NCQA survey preparation timelines and implementing process improvement reporting structures. Mary then transitioned to Thresholds, where they held various roles such as Director of Data Management, Director of Quality Improvement, Quality Reports Manager, and Payer Credentialing Specialist. In these roles, they focused on overseeing data management, quality compliance and improvement, report development, and credentialing processes. Most recently, they joined Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare as the Director of Quality Management and Compliance/Privacy Officer, responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance. Mary's work experience demonstrates their expertise in quality management, process improvement, and data analysis within the healthcare industry.

Mary Conway earned a Post-Masters Certificate in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois Chicago in the years 2011-2012. Mary also holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management/Medical Records Administration from Illinois State University and a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago.
