Stephanie Hipolito

Stephanie Hipolito has extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, and employee relations. Stephanie currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at TriMark USA, the largest provider of design services and supplies to the foodservice industry. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at the YMCA of San Diego County, where they successfully streamlined processes and saved costs by personally assuming the responsibility of key executive searches. Stephanie also had a long tenure at Bridgepoint Education, starting as the Director of Staffing and later being promoted to Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition. During their time there, Stephanie built a strong talent acquisition team to meet hiring demands and also created the Talent Management function focusing on talent reviews and succession planning. Earlier in their career, Stephanie served as a Regional Manager at AppleOne Employment Services, where they excelled in leadership development, business development, and revenue generation.

Stephanie Hipolito holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Rockies, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University, which they pursued from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Stephanie has an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Fashion Merchandising from FIDM. Stephanie has also obtained several certifications, including Choices Architect and Leadership Architect 101 from Lominger, Communicate to Influence from Decker, and Strategic Workforce Planner from the Human Capital Institute.
