Melissa Uribes

Melissa Uribes, SPHR, serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Colorado Technology Association and the University of Colorado Denver Business School. With extensive experience at Trimble Inc. since 2015, Melissa holds positions including Vice President of People Enablement and Vice President of Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where responsibilities encompass leading global programs in total rewards, talent management, and DEI. Melissa has also contributed to the Trimble Foundation as a Board Member, focusing on sustainability, female empowerment, and education initiatives. Prior roles include HR leadership positions at Medtronic and Qwest Communications, as well as earlier HR-related positions at Covidien, Leprino Foods, and Ball Corporation. Melissa earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
