Ian Mickey

Ian Mickey has extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as a rig manager at Trinidad Drilling since November 2016 and at Canelson since November 2012. Responsibilities include providing daily reports to supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining rig components. Ian oversees all aspects of well operations, including drilling footage, bit management, and service coordination, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of rig management. Previously, Ian worked as a rig manager and driller at Trinidad Drilling from November 1999 to November 2012 and began a career as a rig hand at Jade Drilling from 1995 to 1999. Ian is an alumnus of JA Williams High School.
