Dana Ludwig, SHRM-CP, has demonstrated extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner at Trinity Health since July 2020, Dana focuses on engaging and recruiting passive candidates while leveraging electronic media and social networking for talent sourcing. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Senior Partner at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where Dana coordinated full-cycle recruitment, and as an Employment Representative/Recruiter at Beaumont Health, responsible for recruiting across various levels in nursing and allied health. Dana began the career as an Employment Assistant, managing various administrative tasks related to the hiring process. Dana holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
