Christina Hamrick possesses extensive experience in customer service and federal administration. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at TRON DAO since April 2019, Christina provides primary customer support, addressing inquiries related to products and services, and managing communication regarding account services. Prior to this role, Christina worked for the Federal US Government, Department of Commerce from January 2000 to October 2017 as a Federal Field Representative, where responsibilities included overseeing office administration, logistics, and security processes, as well as training employees on procedures and system usage.
