Katy Axel

Katy Axel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katy began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Genesis Health System where they provided pre and post-operative care to patients on the surgical specialty floor. Katy then went on to work as a Research Assistant at Dartmouth College, where they utilized data to create a systems model of successful community-wide health solutions. Katy presented their findings at the 2018 IEEE Smart Cities Conference. Following their time at Dartmouth, Katy joined Medicine in Motion as the Chief Marketing Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Business Development Analyst at TruDataRx.

Katy Axel attended Davenport Central High School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their high school diploma. After completing high school, they took a gap year in 2016-2017 and participated in the Global Gap Year program with Thinking Beyond Borders. Following their gap year, they enrolled at Dartmouth College in 2017 and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
