James is certified in Distributing Data Using Geodatabase Replication; Implementing Versioned Workflows in a Multiuser Geodatabase; Security Basics for ArcGIS Server; Configuring and Administering an ArcGIS Online Organization; Data Analytics using ArcGIS Pro and R; Introduction to Regression Analysis using ArcGIS Pro; Python Scripting for Geoprocessing Workflows; Python Scripting for Map Automation.

James has 25 years of experience in the GIS field, and has worked with True North since 2009. He has an in-depth understanding of public safety solutions and national NG9-1-1 workflow and standards.

At TNGEO he manages project work in the public safety vertical, and specifically the Spatial Interface for the State of Tennessee’s NG9-1-1 project. He is lead technical support for all public safety clients, develops and teaches NG9-1-1 curriculum, performs technical writing duties, and participates in NENA workgroups to contribute and stay apprised of current national standards and trends.
