Raja Datta

Raja Datta is an experienced manager in channel operations and email marketing, currently holding the position of Manager, Channel Operations in Product at TrueML since September 2018. In this role, Raja manages the Channel Operations team, overseeing communication channels for both Retain and Recover initiatives, while also focusing on building internal products that enhance customer engagement through an omni-channel experience. Prior to TrueML, Raja served as Senior Email Operations Manager and Product Manager at BOLD, where responsibilities included defining KPIs and collaborating with data analytics teams. Raja's professional journey includes significant roles at YP, Responsys Inc., Lyris Inc., Acxiom Digital, Google, and Vayusphere, with a strong foundation in software engineering and digital marketing operations. Raja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
