Charlie H.

Charlie H. has worked in a variety of roles in the data science field. Charlie began their career at Capital One in 2009 as a Sr. Business Analyst, then moved on to become a Sr. Operations Analyst and an Operations Analyst. In 2013, Charlie H. began their Doctoral Candidate role at Duke University. In 2018, they joined West Creek as a Senior Manager of Data Science, Senior Data Scientist, and Data Scientist. In 2020, they took on the role of Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Pendrick Capital Partners. Finally, in 2019 they became the CEO and Founder, as well as Co-founder, CTO, and CRO at Kodifi.ai. Currently, Charlie H. is the Head of Data Science at Grain Technology (YC W20).

Charlie H. obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry and Economics from Penn State University in 2009, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Neurobiology from Duke University in 2018.
