Smita Mohite has extensive work experience in various roles at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd., starting from January 2011. Smita has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President - Business & Strategy, Associate Vice President - Operations, Process Improvement & Quality, Associate General Manager-Operations, and Senior Manager - Special Projects & Operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager - Lead Generation at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from May 2010 to June 2011. Before joining TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Smita worked at TrueAdvantage as a Content Specialist and Content Developer, and at STPL as a Team Member - Sampling & Training and Quality Control Executive.

Smita Mohite holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Prin.N.G.Naralkar Institute Of Career Development and Research, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from the same institute between 2005 and 2007. Smita also holds a Diploma in Computer Technology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Polytechnic, which they earned from 2002 to 2004.
