Shirley To

Shirley To has a diverse work experience in Human Resources spanning over several companies. Shirley most recently served as the Senior HR Director for the Commercial Sector in the Asia Pacific region at TTM Technologies since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Warner Bros. as the Director of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region from 2008 to 2020. Shirley also held positions at Schneider Electric, Clipsal Asia Holdings Ltd, Accenture, and PCCW, where they gained experience in HR management, recruitment, training, and executive roles.

Shirley To has an MBA from the University of Lincoln. Shirley also studied Hotel & Catering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and attended St Paul's Convent.
