Xarrah Parker

Xarrah Parker is a Land Use Planner with the Turks and Caicos Islands Government, where responsibilities include supporting the built environment mandate through application reviews, advising other government departments, and providing alternative solutions in physical planning and infrastructure development since October 2021. Prior to this role, Xarrah served as an Applications Processing Officer at the National Environment and Planning Agency from April 2011 to October 2021. Xarrah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Technology, Jamaica, earned between 2005 and 2009.
