Travis McQuiston

Travis McQuiston has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and research field. Travis is currently serving as the Scientific Director at Turn Biotechnologies since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Translational Research at FIRSTSTRING RESEARCH LIMITED from June 2019 to September 2021. Travis also held the position of Head of Discovery at FirstString Research from January 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining FirstString Research, Travis worked at Propagenix Inc. as a Senior Staff Scientist from April 2018 to January 2019. Travis also had previous experience at the same company as a Senior Staff Scientist from April 2014 to January 2019 and as a Staff Scientist from December 2014 to March 2018.

Travis also worked as a Research Associate/Scientist at Georgetown University Medical Center/Propagenix, Inc. from June 2014 to December 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Translational Mycology Unit, LCID, NIAD, NIH from March 2010 to May 2014.
