Yifan Zhao

Yifan Zhao is a Senior Product Designer at Turo since May 2022, focusing on Guest Booking and Trip experiences. Prior to Turo, Yifan held multiple roles at Walmart Global Tech from June 2019 to May 2022, including Senior Product Designer responsible for leading Cart UX design for both app and web, and Product Designer involved in revitalizing the omni-channel shopping experience. Yifan began tenure at Walmart as a Product Design Intern working on OneApp, which integrated Walmart Grocery and Walmart.com. Experience also includes an internship at Shipt in 2018, where Yifan redesigned the New Shopper Onboarding experience and conducted user research for feature enhancements in the Shipt customer app. Yifan holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution (2014-2017).
