Jacques Kruse Brandao

Jacques Kruse Brandao currently serves as the Global Head of Advocacy at TÜV Informationstechnik GmbH - TÜVIT (TÜV NORD GROUP) since March 2023, following a similar role at SGS from March 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included steering advocacy strategies related to Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainability. In addition to these positions, Jacques has contributed to various organizations, such as the European Commission's expert group on AI, the European Cyber Security Organisation's board, and the Charter of Trust's Advocacy & Communication Task Force. Prior roles include significant involvement with AIOTI, DIN, and the European Semiconductor Industry Association, highlighting expertise in policy influence, regulatory affairs, and industry advocacy. Jacques holds a Dipl.-Ing. Univ. degree from the Technical University of Munich.
