Matthew O'Mara

Matthew O'Mara is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in podcast production, journalism, and editorial leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Producer for Podcasts at TVO since July 2016, Matthew creates original web content utilizing advanced video and audio production techniques. Holding a leadership position as a Board Member for Nikkei Voice, a Japanese Canadian national newspaper, Matthew collaborates on monthly content for print and online. Past contributions include writing game reviews and features for Canada.com and freelance articles for the Financial Post and Post Arcade. Matthew's prior roles also encompass production and editorial positions at The Ryersonian and CBC Television, alongside an internship at the Queen's Park Press Gallery. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2013.
