Laura Fitzgerald

Laura Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and human services management. Currently serving as General Manager and previously as Vice President of Business Operations at Tyler Technologies since November 2020, Laura has held significant roles in organizations such as 360insights.com, where experience spanned from Senior Director of Professional Services to Director of Project Management Office from January 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, Laura was the Senior Director of Project Control and Practice Management at MicroPact and held a consultancy role focused on performance measurement at Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network. Laura began a career in project management at University Health Network as Sr. Project Manager/IT Manager. Laura's educational background includes an MBA in Health Industry Management from Schulich School of Business, York University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University.
