Dustin Daley

Dustin Daley is an experienced professional in operations and maintenance management, currently serving as the General Manager of Maintenance and Head of IT at Tyson Foods since October 2021. At Tyson Foods, Dustin manages teams across multiple sites, implements continuous improvement initiatives, and oversees inventory for various IT systems and devices. Prior to this role, Dustin was the Operations Manager at Southern Kentucky Distillery, focusing on project management, lean manufacturing practices, and staff training. Previous experience also includes positions as a Production Supervisor at Sazerac Company and a Project Engineer Intern at American Woodmark, where Dustin developed engineering solutions and coordinated production goals. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
