Vic De Martino has extensive experience in strategic sales and operations, currently serving as Managing Director of Global Strategic Sales and Operations Planning at Tyson Foods since September 2010. De Martino's roles at Tyson include Director of Sales Strategy & Planning and various director positions in marketing and strategic initiatives, with a focus on the Retail Bacon business and continuous margin improvement. Prior to Tyson, De Martino held leadership roles at Sara Lee, including Director of Sales Operations for the Foodservice division. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and General Management from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
