Sarah Pauly

Sarah Pauly is a seasoned professional in diversity management and equal opportunity, currently serving as the Diversity Manager (EEO Specialist) at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission since July 2019. Previously, Sarah held the position of Acting Director at the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity for the Peace Corps, where significant contributions included leading the development of anti-harassment policies and managing programs for over 850 employees and 7,000 volunteers globally. With extensive experience as an Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist at the Peace Corps, Sarah pioneered initiatives focused on disability inclusion and diversity. Other notable roles include Senior Manager of Fair Employment Initiatives at the Equal Rights Center, Legal Fellow for Congressman Pete Stark, and roles in various legal and advocacy capacities.
