Steve MacKay

Steve MacKay currently serves as the Director of Quality at Valley Plating, Inc. since January 2019. In addition, Steve holds the position of Vice President for the Northeast Collegiate Hockey Association, where responsibilities include assisting the Commissioner in marketing and sponsorship efforts, as well as presiding over league affairs in the Commissioner's absence. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Project Launch Team Leader at U.S. Tsubaki, Inc. since January 2005, Steve brings extensive technical expertise. Furthermore, Steve has been an Adjunct Faculty Member in Mechanical Engineering Technologies at Springfield Technical Community College since January 1999. Previously, Steve served as the General Manager and Head Coach of the Men's ACHA DII Hockey Team at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from May 2006 to June 2015, overseeing hockey operations and coaching staff management.
