Shane Turley

Shane Turley is the General Counsel at Ubiquity where he is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters across the platform.

Most recently, Shane served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel for Conterra Networks, a broadband infrastructure company that sold in 2021 to Fiera Infrastructure and APG Management.

Before Conterra, Shane served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, VP-Compliance for AvidXchange, Inc., a software and electronics payment company; Vice President-Legal, Corporate Compliance Officer for PAETEC Holding Corp., a $2 billion publicly traded telecom company acquired by Windstream in 2012; and as Regional Counsel for Telcove, Inc., formerly a publicly traded telecom company headquartered in Pennsylvania.

Shane began his legal career as an Associate Attorney at the international law firm of McGuireWoods LLP, in Richmond, Virginia.

Shane earned a BS in Business Administration from Milligan College, and a JD from Widener University School of Law.
