Hana Bacaj

Hana Bacaj has a diverse background in research and consulting. Hana currently serves as the Director of Research at UBO Consulting, where they manage the quantitative research team and co-manages the qualitative research team. Hana'sresponsibilities include managing clients, conducting industry trend research, analyzing data, and preparing analytical reports and presentations for clients.

Prior to their current role, Hana worked as a National Research Expert for VET at Lux-Development from 2020 to 2022. Hana also gained experience as a Research Analyst at UBO Consulting in 2019 and as a Social Enterprise Consultant at Waykana in the same year.

Hana's work experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University in 2019, a Junior Research Analyst at UBO Consulting from 2017 to 2018, a Tourism Sector Intern at USAID from 2016 to 2017, and a Research Assistant at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems in 2016.

Hana Bacaj has a diverse education history. In 2008, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Entrepreneurship Education Level 1 at Aarhus Tekniske Skole. In 2010, they received a Certificate of Completion for an International Educational Summer Camp at the American University of Bulgaria. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate of participation in the program "No Boundaries" at the Academy of Central European Schools. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of participation in the program "Media Hypnoses" at the same institution. Hana then attended the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics in 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Economics. The following year, in 2015, they attended the Anglo-American University in Prague and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Hana then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they also earned a certification from the Alpha Sigma Lambda Society. Later, they obtained a Women's and Gender Studies Certificate from Vanderbilt University in May 2020. Hana then pursued a Master's degree in Economic Development at Vanderbilt University from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, in April 2023, they acquired a certification in Machine Learning & AI Foundations: Linear Regression from LinkedIn.
