Martha Maratheftis

Martha Maratheftis is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in quantitative analytics and equity derivatives. Currently serving as the Global Head of IB Quantitative Analytics at UBS since December 2010, Martha has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Global Co-Head of IB Quant Analytics and Head of Global Markets GED & FRC Quants. Prior to their tenure at UBS, Martha was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, leading the Equities Model Review Team, and worked as an Associate Vice President at Deutsche Bank, focusing on Equity Derivatives Models & Methodologies. Martha holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master in Finance from London Business School.
