Diana Kolesnikova

Diana Kolesnikova is a seasoned professional in instructional design and product management, currently serving as the Lead of the Instructional Design Team and Senior Product Manager at UCHi.RU since September 2020. Previous roles include Head of Student Experience Design and Product Manager at SkillFactory, and Founder of the educational startup Obraz Jizni / My Story, which focuses on youth empowerment. Diana has also contributed as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Experimental and Behavioral Economics and held teaching positions at various institutions, including the Higher School of Economics and Teachers College, Columbia University. Diana’s educational background includes multiple degrees in Economics, Cognitive Studies in Education, and Psychometrics from renowned universities.
