Brian Carlson

Brian Carlson is a Senior VoIP Network Engineer at UCLA Health since June 2021, previously serving as a Senior Voice Architect at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. and Mazda North American Operations, where responsibilities included designing and supporting Cisco Unified Communications. As Founder and CEO of Carlson Consulting Inc., expertise in Cisco voice architecture was demonstrated, overseeing significant deployment efforts across North America. Brian's extensive career in unified communications began at Cisco Systems, followed by roles at companies such as CDW, Sirius Computer Solutions, and DynTek, cultivating proficiency in VoIP solutions and network engineering. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Networking and Telecommunications from Fort Hays State University and has additional education from the University of International Business and Economics.
