Aislinn Flynn O'Gorman has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Aislinn worked as a Sales Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from September 2018 to April 2021. Following that, they had a 6-week work placement as a Teaching Assistant at Melbourne Girls' College, where they worked with PE staff, planned and organized events, taught students, and experienced a different culture.
From October 2020 to June 2021, Aislinn worked as a Sports Content Writer at Sporting Ferret. In September 2020, they started working as a Media and Communications Officer at Rotherham United Women Football Club, a role they held until January 2022.
Aislinn also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Rotherham United Community Sports Trust from January 2021 to January 2022. From August 2022 to September 2022, they served as a Social Media Producer at talkSPORT.
In December 2022, Aislinn took up the position of Marketing Executive at Solace, where they worked until February 2023. Currently, they are employed as a UEFA Women's Football Social Media Executive (via InCrowd), starting from March 2023.
Aislinn Flynn O'Gorman completed their education at Sheffield Hallam University. Aislinn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies from 2016 to 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Multimedia Journalism from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Aislinn has obtained several certifications, including Hubspot Marketing Software from HubSpot in February 2023, FA Introduction to Coaching Football from The Football Association in December 2021, FA Playmaker Award from The Football Association in April 2021, Community Football Activator (SHU) from Sheffield Hallam University in September 2019, and FA Junior Football Leadership Award from The Football Association in June 2014.
