Sylvain Queva

Sylvain Queva has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Sylvain is currently employed as a Scrum Master at Sword Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at UEFA as an ICT Product Owner in 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Queva held the position of Senior Project Manager at Sword Group. In this role, they managed various projects and teams.

Before that, Queva worked at UEFA from 2016 to 2018 as an ICT Project Lead. Here, their responsibilities included managing projects related to stadium mapping, virtual tours, VR experiences, and mobile applications.

From 2005 to 2015, Queva worked at SICPA as a Team Leader in System Development. Sylvain played a key role in reducing costs and complexity through platform strategy, migration of business functions, and implementation of alternative software development methodologies. Sylvain also managed teams located in multiple areas.

In the earlier stages of their career, Queva worked as a Software Engineer at Steria, Workstation, Capgemini, Honeywell, and Schneider Automation.

Sylvain Queva completed their education at two institutions. From 1993 to 1995, they attended Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I), where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Following this, from 1992 to 1999, Sylvain studied at Polytech Grenoble, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Sylvain has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they received the Cambridge First Certificate from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Sylvain also holds the Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, although the exact completion date is not provided. In 2013, Sylvain obtained the Introduction to CMMI for Development V1.3 certification from the CMMI Institute. Sylvain further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from the Project Management Institute in 2014. In 2015, Sylvain acquired multiple certifications, including Agile Project Management from lynda.com, ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, KNX Advanced and KNX Partner from KNX Association. The following year, in 2018, they achieved the SAFe® 4 Certified Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, Sylvain has obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in 2021 and the Unity Essentials, Unity Creative Core, and Unity Junior Programmer certifications from Unity in 2022.
