Rob Bierman

Rob Bierman possesses extensive leadership experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as President of Engineering & Program Management at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies since August 2012, overseeing over 800 employees and managing a portfolio with an annual revenue exceeding $100M. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering & Program Management, Business Development, and Director of Business Development, where responsibilities encompassed profit and loss management, strategy execution, and business acquisition across multiple defense organizations. Previous experience includes program management at Mandex, where Rob drove revenue growth in a new division, and at BAE Systems, managing a significant portfolio of electronic security system projects for the Marine Corps. Rob holds an MBA from The Citadel and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
