Francesco Scrufari

C.E.O. at Ulixe Group

During his University tenure, Francesco works as Technical Advisor on DSL related projects for the Italian carrier Infostrada. He then becomes a data specialist for the Delivery system created by Dianos, a financial software company. In 2001 he co-founds Ulixe, an Italian based technology company focused on management software development and CRM for the automotive, banking and insurance sectors. Today, Ulixe is a 300 people company, working on projects for clients such as Fiat, Ferrero, Eni and Banca San Paolo. In Ulixe, among others, he manages projects related to the Vodafone implementation of WiFi Hotspots for Congress Centers as well as Airports. He is Ulixe CTO, and he is often part of evaluation committees related to App and Web development projects.

In 2012 he co-founds Visionborne Inc, a technology company and a digital animation studio which has developed a unique tool to animate static digital content. In 2014 he co-founds Lumyer starting from the scratch. In 2017 he co-founds DropTO, a GEO social network with A/R. In 2018 he produced an Italian horror movie, You Die, winner of the 2018 Screamfest Cinematography award.

In 2018 he co-founds TheLab, a boutique software factory, focused on mobile Apps creation and distribution, joined (in 2019) with Synesthesia.
