Edgardo Cortez Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2013, Edgardo worked at Yellow Brick Road as a Project Manager, where they accomplished human resource objectives, achieved operational objectives, and met financial goals.

In 2012, Edgardo held multiple roles at ePayments Network, including Business Admin/Daily Accountant and Marketing Director. As a Business Admin/Daily Accountant, they were responsible for balancing and reconciling financial records, assigning administrative projects, and analyzing data. As a Marketing Director, Edgardo created and implemented a comprehensive marketing program to enhance the organization's image and facilitate communication.

From 2015 to 2018, Edgardo worked at TPPoT as a Project Manager and Operations Manager, demonstrating their skills in managing projects and operations.

In 2018, Edgardo joined Brightpearl as an Implementation Consultant, leading implementation projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Edgardo later assumed the role of Product Support Professional.

At Apple, from 2019 to 2021, Edgardo served as a POD Specialist, providing customer support and developing creative solutions. Edgardo also worked as an iOS Technical Specialist, responsible for communication, customer service, and issue escalation.

At VAT GROUP, Edgardo worked as an OSSR, focusing on operational and sales support.

Currently, Edgardo is a Customer Program Manager III at Ultra Clean Technology, a role they assumed in 2022.

Edgardo Cortez Garcia began their education in 2010 at Panola College, where they pursued an Associates of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Edgardo later transferred to Austin Community College in 2011 and completed an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management in 2012. Following this, Edgardo continued their educational journey at Texas State University-San Marcos from 2013 until 2021. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer Science.
