Shalini Kindo

Shalini Kindo is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as an HR at UltraTech Cement since March 2022. Kindo previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Orchid Medical Centre (iRIS Superspeciality Eye Hospital) from November 2020 to March 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Executive at Quess Corp Limited from April 2019 to November 2020. Kindo began the career as an HR Intern at The Indian Steel and Wire Products LTD (a subsidiary of TATA Steel Limited) in May 2017. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service (2016-2018) and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gandhi Engineering College (GEC), Bhubaneswar (2011-2015). High school education was completed at Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali.
