Michael Salvado has extensive experience in technical support and management within the biotechnology and financial services industries. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support Services and previously as a Product Support Engineer at Unchained Labs since May 2022, Michael's prior roles include Customer Support Manager at NanoView Biosciences and Supervisor of Technical Operations at EUROIMMUN US. Michael also has a background in financial services, having worked as a Financial Services Representative at TD, where significant improvements in operational compliance were achieved. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from William Paterson University, along with a Project Management Certification from Cornell University.
