Rj Thomas

RJ Thomas has a vast amount of experience in the restaurant industry. RJ currently holds the position of President/COO at Uncle Julio's Corporation. Prior to this, they worked at King's Seafood Company, where they served as President/Chief Operating Officer for over a decade. During their time at King's Seafood Company, they managed multiple executives and oversaw all aspects of business operations, including P&L management, budgeting, strategic planning, and IT infrastructure. Before that, RJ Thomas served in several roles at Claim Jumper Restaurants, starting as an Assistant General Manager and eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations. RJ was responsible for managing a large team, overseeing multiple locations, and ensuring financial transparency through monthly, quarterly, and yearly statements. Additionally, RJ Thomas has worked as a Business Consultant for Eureka! Restaurant Group and Specialty Restaurants Corporation.

RJ Thomas pursued education at California State University, Fullerton from 1990 to 1992. During this time, they focused on studying business but did not attain a specific degree. Additionally, in June 2018, RJ Thomas obtained Real Estate Licenses from the Bureau Of Real Estate, further expanding their professional qualifications.
