Jeffrey Stolwijk

Jeffrey Stolwijk is a seasoned professional in the fields of scientific engagement and biotechnology. As the Scientific Engagement Director at Uneedle since April 2024, and Co-Founder & CEO of Spheres4Life B.V. since August 2022, Jeffrey is leading efforts to develop Safium, an innovative cell culture medium designed to protect cultures from mycoplasma infections while preserving experimental integrity. Previously, Jeffrey served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Iowa from August 2015 to July 2022, focusing on cancer cell model development related to FLASH radiation therapy, and held positions at Medspray as a Junior Engineer and Manufacturing Afstuderende from 2012 to 2015. Jeffrey holds a Doctorate in Human Toxicology from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology.
