Jaibet Paola Santiago Ribón

Jaibet Paola Santiago Ribón has been working in the corporate world since 2015. Jaibet Paola began their career with a student internship at Organización Corona in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, they held the roles of CFO at Solenium and Cofounder and Head of Culture and Cofounder and CFO at Unergy. Prior to this, they were a Strategy and Innovation Leader, Strategy and Projects Leader, Demand Planning Analyst and Commercial Analyst at Organización Corona. As a Demand Planning Analyst, they monitored the behavior of demand, generated sales projections, and supported compliance with management indicators and the marketing and sales team. As a Commercial Analyst, they were in charge of sales analysis, support and monitoring of the commercial team, and review of indicators and results.

Jaibet Paola Santiago Ribón has an education history that includes a Management Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, which they completed between 2011 and 2015. Jaibet Paola also attended Embassy English Canada in 2016, where they studied English. From 2014 to 2016, Jaibet attended Smart Languages Academy, also studying English.
