Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ajay started their career as a Consultant at Vidyaa Technology in 2010 and worked there until 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Ajay worked as a Project Trainee at ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization). Ajay then joined ABC Consultants in 2015 as a Consultant and later took on the role of Consultant ~Application, Infrastructure, and Consulting until 2017. At Quikr, Ajay worked as an HR Business Partner for the North region from 2017 to 2019, where they managed the HR functions and was responsible for talent acquisition and HR operations. Ajay then joined Licious - Born to meat as a Talent Acquisition Lead from 2019 to 2021, where they managed recruitment strategies and facilitated talent review sessions. Ajay's most recent role was at Simplilearn as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Manager at Uni Cards.

Ajay Kumar completed their Master's Degree in Computational Analysis in Mechanical Science from Government Engineering College, Hassan, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, studying from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ajay holds certifications in Tech Recruitment from DevSkiller and hirist.com, which they acquired in August 2020 and June 2020 respectively.
