Marisa Ackermann

Marisa Ackermann is an experienced school counselor currently serving at Union County Vocational-Technical Schools since December 2012. Previously, Marisa held the position of school counselor at Morris County School of Technology for a brief period in 2012 and worked as a graduate intern at Bergen County Technical Schools from September 2011 to June 2012. Prior to these roles, Marisa gained valuable experience at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, where responsibilities included Grad Service Manager and Academic Manager from 2009 to 2011. Marisa also served as the Assistant Director of The Career Center at Seton Hall University from 2007 to 2009 and worked as a graduate assistant at Boston College during 2006-2007. Marisa Ackermann holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Boston College.
