Pedro Matos

Pedro Matos began their work experience with Tata Consultancy Services in 2004 as an Accounts Receivable trainee. Pedro then moved on to Cimpor Turkey in 2006, where they held various roles, including Concrete Financial Assistant, SAP and Budget Facilitator, Financial Controller Assistant, Financial Controller, and finally, CFO and Board Member. In 2012, they joined Votorantim Cimentos as the CFO and Board Member before becoming the Head of P&C. From 2017 to 2020, Pedro served as the Director of Planning and Control at Nuvi Group. In 2020, they joined Mutation as a Director, a role they held until 2021 when they became the CFO at Uniplaces.

Pedro Matos pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2000, they enrolled at the Universidade de Coimbra, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2004. Following this, in 2003, they attended the Coimbra branch of the University of Cambridge in Portugal and obtained a Certificate in Proficiency English (CPE), focusing on the English language. Lastly, in 2014, Pedro Matos enrolled in INSEAD for Executive Education, where they studied Leadership for Results.
