John Lynn

John Lynn has had a significant amount of work experience in human resources, particularly in leadership roles. John initially worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Uniroyal Engineered Products, LLC starting in 1989. John also held the same role at the company later that year. In 1992, they transitioned to become the Owner of General Employee Management Group, where they remained until October 2009.

John Lynn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Salem University between 1964 and 1968. Later, they pursued a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations, specializing in Compensation and Industrial Relations, from Michigan State University from 1975 to 1977.
