Taylor Whitman

Taylor Whitman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in renewable energy finance and project valuation. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at United Community Bank since February 2023, Taylor specializes in renewable energy finance. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Duke Energy Corporation spanned nearly a decade, during which Taylor held roles including Senior Structuring Analyst, Senior Planning Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on financial valuations for solar and storage projects as well as strategic integration within utility planning. Taylor's foundational experience includes positions at Truliant Federal Credit Union as a Financial Analyst and Loan Officer. Taylor holds an MBA in Finance from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business.
