Human Righte Officer at United Nations Human Rights

Bardia JEBELI is a seasoned Human Rights Officer with extensive experience at the United Nations, currently working in the Americas section of the Field Operations and Technical Cooperation Division since August 2017. Previous roles include positions at the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and a Fact-finding mission on Libya as a Digital Forensic Investigator. Bardia JEBELI has also served as a coordinator for the Democratic Space and Human Rights Defenders Unit in Honduras and held various human rights and legal positions across organizations such as Croix-Rouge française and Südwind. Bardia JEBELI holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from Université catholique de Lyon and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Shahid Beheshti University.
