Colin Zhang is an experienced professional in the fields of data governance, delivery, and operations, with a significant background in insights and analytics. Currently serving as First Vice President of Enterprise Data Governance at UOB, Colin has held leadership roles at Billigence as Head of Delivery & Operations for Asia and has contributed to major projects at Service NSW. Colin’s expertise is further demonstrated through past positions as Business Intelligence Lead and Strategy Analyst at Schneider Electric, as well as Product Analyst at Telstra Wholesale.
