Mike Graney

Mike Graney has over 25 years of experience in the service industry, currently serving as Vice President at United Service Companies since March 1998. In this role, Mike oversees operations across multiple sectors, including Hospitality, Tradeshow, Janitorial, and Aviation, with a presence at major hotels, theme parks, events, and airlines. Prior to this position, Mike worked as an International Organizer for the Hotel Employees Restaurant Employees International Union (HEREIU) from January 1988 to March 1999, focusing on representing union members and advocating for improved working conditions in flight kitchens, hotels, and casinos.
