MacKenzie Morse (St.Onge)

Mackenzie (St.Onge) Morse is an experienced professional in athlete outreach and engagement, currently serving as the Manager at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since September 2022. As the Founder of The Sideline Perspective, a platform dedicated to supporting injured and retired athletes, Mackenzie fosters community and purpose among this group. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager in Athlete Career and Education at the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, where responsibilities spanned from coordination to management. Additional experience includes managing rugby camps, directing operations for women's varsity rugby at Dartmouth College, and delivering workshops as a Certified Trainer with the Positive Coaching Alliance. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College, earned in 2017.
