Erin Gillies

Erin Gillies currently serves as the Director of Culture & Organizational Development at United Way of New York City, having progressively advanced through roles including Senior Manager and Manager within the organization since January 2019. Prior experience includes positions at United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra as Donor Engagement Manager, as well as roles in database administration and community engagement. Erin's early career features a tenure at Reno Harley-Davidson and a research consultant position at Waverley Care. Additionally, Erin completed an internship as a Security Analyst at Newmont Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mills College and a Master of Science in International Development from The University of Edinburgh.
