Beau Wilder

Beau Wilder currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Future Customer Experiences for Hybrid Work Solutions at HP since November 2022. In addition to this role, Beau is a member of the Executive Committee for the United Way of Santa Cruz County. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and General Manager of Video Collaboration at Poly, as well as Vice President and General Manager for Infrastructure, Cloud and Analytics. Beau's extensive experience at Plantronics spans roles such as Vice President and General Manager of Soundscaping, Director of Strategic Solutions Planning, and Senior Product Manager in the Premium Wireless Category, focusing on innovative product development and strategic financial leadership. Beau holds an Executive Institute degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History with a minor in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
