Kristen Schuliar Lyle

Kristen Schuliar Lyle, MBA, PMP, SA, SP, KMP, SDP, has extensive experience in project management and agile practices, currently serving as Senior Manager of Agile Practices Management at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, since June 2004. Kristen has held roles including Release Train Engineer for Medicare Shop Buy Enroll and Aetna Voice Advantage on the GPS Program, as well as Senior Project Manager overseeing significant budgets across various programs. Kristen has also contributed to community service as a Parent Educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension Tompkins County and as a Direct Support Professional with Unity House, alongside volunteering as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Project Hope for the Children, Inc. and leading a youth group for The Salvation Army. Educationally, Kristen holds an MBA in Management and Information Technology from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Information Management from Syracuse University.
